Refund Policy for Rizmos

Rizmos strives to ensure client satisfaction with our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our design and development work, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your Service Agreement.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email] within 7 days of project completion or delivery of the final product.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Non-Delivery: If Rizmos fails to deliver the agreed-upon work by the deadline specified in the Service Agreement (and no extension has been mutually agreed), you may request a full or partial refund.
  • Defective Work: If the final deliverable is materially different from what was agreed in the Service Agreement, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to review.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    • You change your mind after work has begun.
    • You fail to provide feedback or materials required to complete the project.
    • The project is canceled after significant work has been completed.

4. Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Deposits
